Terms & Conditions of 1957 & Co. Loyalty Program
Membership Privileges
- Guests are eligible to join Gold Card member for free to earn points. Guests are also eligible to join 1957 & Co. Loyalty Program membership by invitation or spending over HK$2,000 and complete application form at any outlets managed by 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited. The validity of a membership will be permanently approved by the company.
- Any ages is eligible to join the Loyalty Program.
- Membership enrollment can be completed on-site only. Member is eligible to redeem points when the cumulative spending reached HK$2,000.
- Enrollment form will not be processed unless all mandatory information are completed correctly and confirmed by the company. Applicants must agree to the Terms and Conditions on submission of enrollment forms.
- 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited reserves the right to grant or refuse membership at its sole and absolute discretion. Membership will not be extended to corporations or other legal entities.
- 1957 & Co. Loyalty Program members can enjoy the membership privileges immediately after successful enrollment. If members submitted the membership enrollment correctly and completed information upon the bill, points will be granted for the qualifying spending of master bill in that visit.
- All membership privileges will only be honored upon presentation of a valid 1957 & Co. Loyalty Program Card or valid QR code by the member in person. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or membership offers unless specifically indicated otherwise.
- 1957 & Co. Loyalty Program membership is a personal membership and for the member only. The membership as well as its privileges and accumulated points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other account. Each member would only be eligible for one membership. Neither membership privileges nor the points would be combined if multiple memberships are applied by a member.
- Membership upgrade will be processed as soon as the members fulfill the qualifying criteria. The upgraded tier of membership will also be valid permanently. Members can enjoy the offers and privileges of upgraded tier in their next stay whilst the expiry date of points remains unchanged.
- Banquet service or private event with 25 people or more will not be eligible to enjoy point rewards and redemption.
- All membership privileges are subject to availability and company's arrangement.
Loyalty Program Points Scheme
- Rewarded points will only be granted for qualifying spending including designated prices of food & beverage items and restaurant services. 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited may update the qualifying spending from time to time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- For every F&B service at designated prices, only one member will be granted points per transaction.
- Previous spending prior to successful enrollment of 1957 & Co. Loyalty program membership would not be eligible to any points.
- 1957 & Co. Loyalty Program members can earn 1 point per HK$1 spent on qualifying spending respectively, excluded tips and purchase of vouchers.
- Validate reward points year refers as the period of any consecutive 6-12 months upon date of enrollment. The accumulated points earned in a particular point cycle will be forfeited after the associated grace period. All records are subject to the computer record of 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited and its decision shall be final and conclusive.
- Points earned between 2 January to 30 June will be valid till 30 December of the same year; points earned between 1 July to 30 December will be valid till 30 June of the next year.
- Members are eligible to earn points on-site when billing at restaurant. No points can be granted or redeem once the bill is settled.
- Members cannot redeem points which were earned on same day.
- Members are responsible to provide a valid full name, mobile number and email address to enable 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited to communicate with the members and provide information to the members. 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited shall not be liable for any loss of the members due to non-receipt of communications or information.
- Members can notify our staff at the restaurants or send a request to loyaltyprogram@1957.com.hk to update their correspondence details, it will be confirmed by the company within 5 working days.
Redemptions
- To use 1957 & Co. Loyalty Program points to redeem rewards, guests must have a valid 1957 & Co. Loyalty Program membership.
- Members can enjoy redemption save up to 50% off the bill, the remaining balance can only be settled by electronic payment.
- Members should sign the bill when there is Loyalty Program Redemption in that transaction.
- 1957 & Co. Loyalty Program Reward Points and Face Value are subject to the terms and conditions printed on the 1957 & Co. Loyalty Program Application Form. 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited shall be not liable for any loss of unused points, value, vouchers and the associated points, membership benefits will not be recovered.
- Points cannot be earned or redeemed on festive days listed as below:

- The value amount settled by 1957 & Co. Loyalty Program redeemed face value or redemptions from other promotions are excluded from earning points.
- Use of redemption is subject to the terms & conditions printed on leaflet and uploaded to www.1957.com.hk
- Replacement, refund or revalidate of points will not be arranged if rewards points or value are expired.
- All redeemed rewards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled. All used points cannot be recovered.
General Terms & Conditions
• 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited reserves the final decision on the interpretation of the terms and conditions of 1957 & Co. Loyalty Program.
• No membership card replacement for Gold Card members until the next level of upgrade. No fee will be charged for replacement of Platinum Card and Black card.
• Should a dispute arise, all terms and conditions will be based on the English version. The decision of 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited shall be final and conclusive.
Terms & Conditions of 1957 & Co. Membership App
Member who participates in the Membership Program confirms his/her agreement to be bounded by the terms and conditions set out herein below and as may be amended from time to time.
General Terms & Conditions
- Applicant is required to download the Membership Program Mobile App (“Membership App”) and registers with a mobile phone number. Each valid mobile phone number can register once only.
- “Membership App” is only applicable to An Nam (Causeway Bay Shop), Mango Tree, Modern Shanghai and Paper Moon.
- Successfully registered member will be titled as GOLD member and starts accumulating Loyalty Point(s) (“point(s)”).
- Any age is eligible to join the membership. Each person can apply for one membership only.
- In order to apply for the membership, applicant must complete all mandatory fields in the application page in full and provide true and accurate information. 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited will not process any incomplete or inaccurate application and reserves the right to grant or decline any application at its sole and absolute discretion.
- Membership will not be extended to corporations or other legal entities.
- Maximum 3 SMS verification codes can be sent within 24 hours.
- Upon successful membership registration, member can enjoy the membership privileges and starts accumulating points for the qualifying spendings of the master bill in that visit.
- All membership privileges will only be honored upon presentation of a valid Membership App and a valid QR code by the member in person. Membership privileges cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts unless specially indicated otherwise.
- Each membership is a personal membership account and for the registered member only. The membership as well as its privileges and accumulated points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other accounts. Each member would only be eligible for one membership. Neither the membership privileges nor the points would be combined if multiple memberships are applied by a member. Verification of the member’s identity may be required.
- Membership upgrade will be processed automatically as soon as the member fulfils the qualifying criteria. Member can enjoy the corresponding privileges on his/her next visit whilst the expiry date of points remains unchanged.
- Spendings on takeaway orders and food delivery services via third party platforms (OpenRice, Foodpanda, Deliveroo and KeeTa), retail purchases and banquet services or private events with 20 people or more will not be eligible to enjoy point rewards and use e-coupon.
- All membership privileges are subject to availability and company’s arrangement.
- For any requests to change the registered mobile phone number or Month-of-Birth, member can notify 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited by email to loyaltyprogram@1957.com.hk.
- Member may terminate his/her membership at any time by the Delete Account function in the Membership App or by informing 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited by email to loyaltyprogram@1957.com.hk. All unused points and/or privileges will then be forfeited when the membership is terminated.
- 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited reserves the right to terminate the Membership Program at any time with reasonable notice, where reasonably practicable, without giving any reasons therefor. All rights and privileges of the member shall cease upon the termination of the Membership Program and 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom.
- All personal data collected under the Membership Program shall be managed in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of the laws of Hong Kong. Member is responsible to provide true and accurate personal data to enable 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited to communicate with and provide information to the member. 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited will not have or accept any liability, obligation or responsibility for any loss of member however arising from or in respect of any non-receipt of communication of information.
- 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited reserves the final decision on the interpretation of the terms and conditions and the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. All changes and amendments are effective once announced on the Membership App. Member’s continued use of Membership App indicates his/her acceptance of any changes to the terms & conditions of the Membership Program.
- In the event of any disputes arise, the decision of 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited shall be final and conclusive.
- In case of any discrepancies or conflicts between the English version and Chinese version of the terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
Membership and Validity
- GOLD membership is free for registration and valid for lifetime.
- GOLD member will be automatically upgraded to PLATINUM member once accumulated HK$30,000 qualifying spendings within 12 months. PLATINUM membership is valid for 12 months. Once PLATINUM member accumulated HK$30,000 qualifying spendings within the membership effective period, the PLATINUM membership will be automatically retained and renewed for next 12 months; vice versa, if PLATINUM member accumulated less than HK$30,000 qualifying spendings within the membership effective period, the membership will be downgraded to GOLD. Membership effective period refers to 12 months following the membership effective date or upgrade date or renewal date.
- PLATINUM member will be automatically upgraded to BLACK member once accumulated HK$70,000 qualifying spendings within 12 months. BLACK membership is valid for 12 months. Once BLACK member accumulated HK$70,000 qualifying spendings within the membership effective period, the BLACK membership will be automatically retained and renewed for next 12 months; vice versa, if BLACK member accumulated less than HK$70,000 qualifying spendings within the membership effective period, the membership will be downgraded to PLATINUM. Membership effective period refers to 12 months following the membership effective date or upgrade date or renewal date.
- Membership upgrade and downgrade are automatically processed by the system and based on the computer record of accumulated qualifying spendings.
Loyalty Points Scheme
- Points will only be granted for qualifying spendings include designed prices of food & beverage items, and for dine-in and direct takeaway orders with restaurants only. Spendings on takeaway orders and food delivery services via third party platforms (OpenRice, Foodpanda, Deliveroo and KeeTa), retail purchases and banquet services or private events with 20 people or more will not be eligible to enjoy point rewards and use e-coupon. 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited may update the qualifying spendings from time to time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- For every food & beverage services at designated prices, only one member is entitled to earn points per transaction.

Member is entitled to earn points upon qualifying spendings at below ratio, after applicable discounts and service charge, but excluded tips:
- GOLD member: 1 point per HK$3 spendings
- PLATINUM member: 1 point per HK$2 spendings
- BLACK member: 1 point per HK$1 spendings
- Points are valid for one year from date of credited. Unused or expired points will be forfeited after the date of expiry even when the membership is renewed. All records are subject to the computer record of 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited and its decision shall be final and conclusive.
- Points will only be credited when member successfully scanned the QR code on receipt within 7 days of transaction. QR code will become invalid after 7 days of transaction and will not be re-issued.
- The receipt with QR code can only be printed once and immediately after transaction. QR code will become invalid after successfully scanned. Receipt will not be re-printed or re-issued.
- Points of one transaction can only be recorded on one QR code. Bill cannot be split.
- Points are non-transferrable and cannot be combined with other member accounts.
- Points will be credited within 24 hours after successfully scanned the valid QR code on receipt.
- Points will be deducted from member account once used for e-coupon redemption. Points are non-refundable after redemption.
- Member can check the point balance at “Loyalty Point” in the Membership App.
E-coupon Redemption
- Member must have a valid membership account to redeem and use e-coupon.
- Redeemed e-coupon is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All used points cannot be recovered.
- E-coupon can only be used at designated participating outlets within 30 days after redemption. Unused or expired e-coupon will not be re-issued.
- The e-coupon is valid upon spending the required amount after service charge.
- The e-coupon must be presented before payment. No retrospective arrangement can be made after payment.
- Maximum 5 pieces of e-coupon of one membership account can be used for each transaction. Bill cannot be split. The remaining balance must be settled by electronic payment.
- Member should sign the bill when they use e-coupon in that transaction.
- The value amount settled by e-coupon is excluded from earning points.
- E-coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts unless specially indicated otherwise.
- Use of each e-coupon is subject to the terms and conditions listed on each e-coupon. 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited shall not be liable for any unused or expired e-coupon.
- Takeaway orders and food delivery services via third party platforms (OpenRice, Foodpanda, Deliveroo and KeeTa), retail purchases and banquet services or private events with 20 people or more will not be eligible to use e-coupon. 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited may update the terms & conditions from time to time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
